Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Before 24 Hours

If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled session or time slot, you’ll receive an 80% refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation on the Same Day

Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session are eligible for a 50% refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The following cases are not eligible for a refund:

  • Cancellations made after the session start time.

  • No-shows or late arrivals. Refunds in these cases depend on the vendor’s individual policy.

4. Vendor-Initiated Cancellation

If a vendor cancels due to unavailability, maintenance, or any operational reason, you can choose between:

  • A 100% refund, or

  • Rescheduling the session (based on availability).

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing time.
