These Terms and Conditions apply to the FitAway mobile application (referred to as the “Application”), developed and provided by Fitline (referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a commercial service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Use of the Application

• You may not copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.

• Creating modified versions, translating the Application, or using our trademarks without permission is strictly prohibited.

• All rights related to trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property belong to the Service Provider.

Service Modifications

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application at any time. Any future charges for services will be communicated clearly before they apply.

Data & Device Security

• The Application stores and processes personal data needed to provide the service.

• You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application.

• Avoid jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may expose you to security risks and may affect the Application’s performance.

Third-Party Services

The Application may use third-party services that have their own Terms & Conditions, including:
• Facebook

The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or policies of these third-party providers.

Internet & Network Usage

Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data).
The Service Provider is not responsible if the Application does not function due to network issues or exhausted data limits.

If you use the Application on mobile data, your network provider may charge you for usage, including roaming charges. Ensure you have permission if you are not the bill payer for the device.

Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. If the battery runs out and you are unable to use the Application, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible.

Accuracy & Updates

The Service Provider aims to keep the Application updated and accurate but relies on third-party data. They are not liable for losses arising from outdated or incorrect information.

The Application may require updates to stay functional. You agree to install updates when provided. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice.

If discontinued:
a) Your rights and licenses will end.
b) You must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. You are encouraged to check this page regularly. Any changes will be posted here.
